End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Software is free to download and use with all features enabled. No trial period, feature restrictions, or usage limits apply to the free version.

2. Free Use and Reminder

The Software may be used free of charge indefinitely. The free version includes a periodic, non-intrusive reminder encouraging the User to purchase a Pro license. This reminder does not limit functionality and can be dismissed instantly.

3. Pro License

A Pro license may be purchased on a monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($49/year) basis. The Pro license removes the periodic reminder popup and provides priority support and early access to new features. If the Pro license expires or is not renewed, the Software continues to function with all features — only the reminder popup is restored.

4. Commercial Use

The Software is free for commercial, enterprise, and team use. No special commercial license is required. Both the free version and the Pro version may be used in commercial environments.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Software to develop a competing product
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with the reminder mechanism

6. Data and Privacy

The Software stores all connection details and credentials locally on the User's device. Passwords are stored using the operating system's native credential manager (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager, or Linux Secret Service). The Software does not transmit database credentials or query data to any external server. The Software may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the product, which can be disabled in settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by ORAMOB LIMITED. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software, only a limited right to use it as described herein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
