1. Services

We provide the Tabloy desktop application ("Software") for download, along with related services including software update delivery, license activation and verification, and release information. Use of the Software itself is governed by our End User License Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Website and Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Software is free for personal, non-commercial use. A paid subscription is required for commercial and professional use. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the current price until the next renewal.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. License Keys

Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive a license key for activating the Software. License keys are personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Each license key may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified by your subscription plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Website or Services
• Abuse the API endpoints beyond reasonable usage patterns
• Automate access to the Website in a way that degrades service for others

7. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
